This Privacy Policy explains what information Brain Games Hub ("we", "us") collects through the Parker Sports Intelligence service (the "Service"), how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

• Account and purchase details: name and email address, the access code issued to you, and purchase/order metadata.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers; Stripe handles card data under its own terms.
• Assessment data: your responses, per-item correctness, response times, and your per-pillar and composite scores.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, and request logs used for security, rate limiting, and reliability.

2. How We Use Information

• To deliver the assessment, compute and present scores, and generate reports.
• To process purchases and grant or revoke access codes.
• To secure the Service (including abuse prevention and rate limiting) and to maintain and improve it.
• To send transactional email (for example, purchase confirmations) via Mailgun.

3. Service Providers

We share information only as needed with providers that operate the Service: Stripe (payments), Mailgun (transactional email), and Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, security, and database). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell personal information.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

The Service uses only the storage necessary to operate the assessment session. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Children's Privacy

The Service may be purchased for minors (for example, youth athletes). Where the Service is used by a minor, it must be arranged by a parent or legal guardian who provides consent. We collect from minors only the information necessary to deliver the assessment, do not require more than is reasonably needed, and do not knowingly use minors' information for marketing. Parents or guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of a minor's information using the contact below. We aim to handle minors' data consistent with applicable children's-privacy laws (such as COPPA in the United States).

6. Data Retention

We retain assessment and account data for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion as described below.

7. Security

Information is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls. Payment-card data does not touch our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
